The Island of Krino

This one-shot for AGON, 2nd edition, sees your band of Greek heroes travel to the island of Krino, famed for its natural, clear blue springs that have been imbued with Apollo's own healing* magic. 

However, just before the springs reach the height of their healing powers, they have become cloudy and gray, spoiling the ritual. Parents who want their young children healing are a wreck because they know the children's tears will summon the Lamiai to abduct the children from their homes. Much is at stake, and lives will be endangered if your band of heroes does not heed the call to intervene. 


*Before playing this island, please discuss with your players that this one-shot will prompt discussions about disability as well as discussions of the harms of erasing that identity. You may feel free to share that this one-shot was created by a disabled game designer who intends to prompt healthy discussions about disability within heroic fantasy adventures.
